--Meditation on Christ’s death and suffering
--Self judgment.
--Sorrow for sin.
--Desire for Christ.
--Feeding on Him in faith.
--Trusting in Him.
--Rejoicing in His love.
--Giving thanks for His grace.
--Renewal of your covenant with God and commitment to Christ.
--Special love to all Christians.
