Our Sanctuary and our unfinishedness

The room in which we worship is referred to as a Sanctuary. (more on this later)

3 key pieces of furniture for the sanctuary are set to arrive on Wednesday May 12--which is after this Sunday.  So, the chancel/platform/stage portion of the room may look a sparse.  This will be helped when the furniture arrives.


But it brings up a helpful idea:
We are NOT seeking to "finish" the building without thought and reflection.  For a couple of months you may see things that make you say, "That oughta be done."
What do you do when you think that thought?

1.) Pray for the Building Committee.  "Thank you Jesus for the 10,000 things they thought of.  Give them wisdom on this one thing that might have been overlooked."
2.) Wait.
3.) If after a week, or a fortnight, you think you might be of some help in that area-- email the church office at infoATchristcommunitychurch DOT com
and your desire to serve will be passed on to the proper folks.
